(3rd Ave btwn 28&29th St.). all veg, prix-fixe 21.95 for appetizer, entree, and dessert-unlimited quantities. not only is the food terrific, but the wait staff are very attentive and friendly. very relaxed atmosphere complete with both
western and eastern style seating. (ST)
