Sakagura
(43rd, btwn 2/3 Ave): Great Izakaya, with Japanese tapas. Great selection of GOOD sake from all over Japan. Can be pricy, but it's the real way to have good sake (HO).

Sakagura is run by Mr Kadoi, a very helpful and generous man who advised me on sakes and associated munchies for my house-warming party. Sakagura's selections, and Mr Kadoi's expert advice generously given, cause me to gravitate to Sakagura whenever contemplating sake and friends.
